中文摘要:采用生物显微镜、扫描电镜和荧光显微镜研究了微生物水泥在松散砂颗粒间形成胶结物碳酸钙的过程。结果表明:微生物水泥在1.0 h之内便会在松散砂颗粒之间形成胶结物碳酸钙,该胶结过程大约持续到5.0 h,继续延长时间,则对胶结效果影响较小;微生物水泥中的微生物首先吸附在松散砂颗粒表面,然后再与反应液在松散砂颗粒表面发生化学反应形成胶结物碳酸钙。随着松散砂颗粒间胶结物的增多,松散砂颗粒便逐渐胶结成为整体。
外文摘要:Cementation process of microbe cement was investigated by biological microscope, scanning electron microscopy and fluorescence microscopy, respectively. The results by biological microscope show that microbe cement is a formation cementation matter of calcium carbonate between loose sand particles within 1.0 h, and the cementation process continues for 5.0 h, and the cementation has no effect afterwards. The results by scanning electron microscope and fluorescence microscope indicate that micro-/organism in microbe cement is firstly absorbed on the surface of loose sand particles, and then reacts with reaction fluids to form the cementation matter of calcium carbonate on the surface of loose sand particles. The loose sand particles will gradually become a whole body when the cementation matter between loose sand particles increases.
