中文摘要：目的:探讨神经元型一氧化氮合酶(nNOS)在人胚胎早期发育过程中小脑组织细胞的表达规律。方法:应用免疫组织化学SABC法检测第8周、12周、15周人胚胎小脑nNOS的表达分布状况。结果:第8周,nNOS在小脑组织细胞中呈阴性表达。第12周,nNOS在小脑组织细胞中呈阳性表达。第15周,nNOS阳性神经元胞体增大,呈强阳性表达。结论:nNOS在人胚胎早期小脑组织细胞的生长发育过程中起重要的作用。

外文摘要：Objective：To investigate the rule of expression of neuronal nitric oxide synthase（nNOS） in the tissues and cells of the early developing cerebellum of human embryos.Methods：At the eighth,twelfth and fifteenth weeks of human embryos,the expression of nNOS was observed in the cerebellum tissues by using the SABC of the immunohistochemical methods.Results：At the eighth week of human embryos,the expression of nNOS was negative in the tissues and cells of the cerebellum.At the twelfth week of human fetus,the expression of nNOS was positive in the tissues and cells of the cerebellum.At the fifteenth week of human fetus,the expression of nNOS was strong positive in the tissues and cells of the cerebellum,and the cell bodies of nNOS positive neurons enlarged.Conclusion：nNOS plays an important role in the tissues and cells of the early developing cerebellum of human embryos.
