中文摘要:以抗坏血酸为还原剂制备微米银,并采用不同的方法制备了壳聚糖/微米银复合抗菌剂。探讨了影响微米银粒径的因素,比较了壳聚糖、纳米银、微米银、壳聚糖/微米银复合抗菌剂的抑菌性能。结果表明,为了较好地控制银微粒粒径,抗坏血酸用量应根据硝酸银用量进行调整;较低的反应温度和较强的酸性条件有利于粒径的控制;反应结束后,需快速降低反应体系的温度以防止微粒团聚。微米银可明显改善壳聚糖的抑菌性,且采用复合法制备的壳聚糖/微米银复合抗菌剂的抑菌性优于银离子原位还原法制备的抗菌剂。
外文摘要:Micron silver is prepared with ascorbic acid as a reducing agent,and chitosan/micro-silver composite antibacterial agent is prepared by different methods.The factors affecting the particle size of micro-silver are discussed,and the antibacterial properties of chitosan,nano-silver,micro-silver,and chitosan/micro-silver composite antibacterial agents are compared.The results show that the amount of ascorbic acid should be adjusted according to the amount of silver nitrate in order to better control the particle size of silver particles.Lower reaction temperature and stronger acidic conditions are conducive to the control of particle size.After the reaction,it is necessary to quickly reduce the temperature of the reaction system to prevent particle ag?glomeration.The antibacterial activity of chitosan can be obviously improved by micro-silver,and the antibac?terial activity of chitosan/micro-silver composite antibacterial agents is better than that prepared by silver ion in-situ reduction.
