外文摘要:The Empathy Competence has directly influence on the quality of intercultural communication. As we know, to get a job is much more difficult than before nowadays. As a teacher of the university, we must use Japanese teaching situation in teaehing of Japanese. It is to achieve the students' good qualities and meet the asking of the local Japanese company. And the training of the Empathy Competence is meaningful for development of the high-quality Japanese talent.
