外文摘要：Foreign trade is very important to Shaoxing＇ s economic development. But in recent years, the foreign trade of Shaoxing has been faced with various trade barriers. Many enterprises have been helpless facing these barriers. In this paper,an analysis is made of the major barriers,and some proposals in terms of policy have been put forward so as to check or reduce the effect of the barriers.
