中文摘要:针对染料活性艳红X-3B毒性大,处理难度高,研究采用零价铁(ZVI)和石英砂混合作为可渗透反应墙(PRB)反应介质,在不同操作条件下开展连续流实验,考察其去除染料的性能.结果表明,活性艳红X-3B在PRB中的去除效果随着pH的升高而升高,随着活性艳红X-3B初始浓度的降低而增加;调整PRB反应介质的配比,结果表明,反应介质中零价铁含量越高,活性艳红X-3B的去除效果越好.对反应后的物质做SEM和XRD检测,发现剩余的物质主要是未反应的石英砂和少量的铁氧化物,因此,用零价铁PRB可有效去除活性艳红X-3B.
外文摘要:Targeted at the fact that the dye reactive brilliant red X-3B is highly toxic and difficult to handle,the study used zero-valent iron(ZVI)and quartz sand as the permeable reaction barriers reaction medium,and conducted continuous flow experiments under different operating conditions to investigate the dye removal performance.The results show that the removal efficiency of reactive brilliant red X-3B in PRB rose with the pH,and increased with the lower concentration of Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B.Adjusting the ratio of PRB reaction medium,the results show that the higher the content of zero-valent iron in the reaction medium,the more active red X-3B were removed.SEM and XRD were performed on the reacted materials to demonstrate that most remaining substances were a small amount of iron oxide and unreacted quartz sand.Therefore,zero-valent iron PRB can effectively remove reactive brilliant red X-3B.
