中文摘要：在教师教育和师范生职业素质培养、培训方面,地方性院校一直在寻找和探索一种适合中国国情、有地方特色的机制或模式。本文在分析了国内外教育实习模式的基础上提出了地方性院校英语教育实习可采取的模式,即强调实习过程的延续性和长期性,并提出"集中实习"和"合作实习"的模式。

外文摘要：Local colleges are always seeking and exploring suitable practice modes in teacher education and quality education and training of pre - service teachers in accordance with Chinese education situation and local normal school specialty. On the basis of analyzing the practice modes in China and in the world, the paper suggests that ＂centralized practice mode＂ and ＂collaboration practice mode＂ be adopted in local colleges,and practice should be carried out continually and with much longer time.
