中文摘要：Sakai是一款基于开放源代码的课程管理平台,Sakai具有独特的系统架构、强大的教学功能和较为完善的评价体系。E-learning是在Sakai基础上开发的,它的系统架构和基本功能与Sakai相似,然而E-learning在评价体系、交互、调查工具和论坛功能等方面存在诸多不足之处,在教学中应该不断开发Elearning的诸多功能,让E-learning与网络信息技术进行有机的整合,采取混合教学模式,以弥补E-learning平台之不足。

外文摘要：The paper illustrates the different structures and tunetions of Sakai and E-learning course manage- ment platforms.Sakai, an open source course management platform, enjoys a unique systematic structure, pow- erful teaching functions as well as a better evaluation system. While E-learning developed from Sakai has a similar structure and basic tunetions as Sakai＇ s,it still has its own weaknesses in the evaluation system,in- teractive activities, investigation tools and discussion forum.h follows that many of its tunetions remain yet to be developed.The paper suggests that E-learning and on-line information technology eouht be integrated and a blended teaching model adopted so that the foregoing problems could be solved.
