中文摘要：技术创新是企业发展的动力和源泉，而技术创新能力的大小取决于R&D投资的多寡，以博弈论为基础，探讨了企业集团总部和成员企业如何将可支配资金用于R&D投资或专项投资，在分析了完全信息静态博弈和动态博弈两种情况后，我们得出了不管在何种情况下企业集团总部总是倾向于进行R&D投资，而成员企业倾向于专项投资。

外文摘要：Technology innovation is the power and source of enterprise development, but the capability of technology innovation depends on R&D investment. Based on the game theory, in this paper we discuss the allocation of capital in business group. By analyzing the complete-information static and dynamic game, we conclude that member enterprises are apt to make project investment, headquarters are apt to make R&D investment.
