中文摘要：源于同样的理论与实践,西方创业型大学蓬勃发展,中国创业型大学却举步维艰,形成了中西创业型大学的南橘北枳现象。西方创业型大学走向成功的原因各不相同,但均以经费筹措作为手段致力于学术提升与人才培养;中国创业型大学难以突破的主要原因,则缘于自主决策缺乏独立性、教师转型缺乏激励性以及办学定位缺乏稳定性。中国后发型高校继续推进创业型大学建设,不能以缓解办学经费压力作为主导目标,而应以应用型大学作为创业型大学本土化的最佳实践形式。各种具有创新精神与改革勇气的“创业型大学”在中国能否实现,最终取决于高校是否拥有充分的办学自主权。

外文摘要：Originating from the same theory and practice, Western entrepreneurship universities are flourishing, while Chinese entrepreneurship universities are facing difficulties, forming the phenomenon of ‘southern orange changes their taste in the north’ in Chinese and Western entrepreneurship universities. The reasons for the success of entrepreneurial universities in the West are different, however they all devote themselves to academic upgrading and personnel training by means of funds. The main reasons behind the problems of Chinese entrepreneurial universities are the lack of independence in decision-making, the lack of incentives for teachers’ transformation and the lack of stability in school-running orientation. China's late-developing universities should continue to promote the construction of entrepreneurship universities. Instead of relieving the pressure of running funds as the leading goal, they should take applied universities as the best practice to localize the entrepreneurial universities. The realization of various kinds of entrepreneurial universities in China with innovation spirit and reform courage ultimately depends on whether universities have sufficient autonomy in decision-making.
