外文摘要:Using magnetic nanoparticles as cores we successfully fabricated magnetic TiO2 composite by sol-gel method, which was simple and effective. The morphologies and structure of the products were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). The photocatalytic activity of magnetic TiO2 composite was investigated by decomposing reactive orange under the mercury lamp irradiation. In the presence of magnetic TiO2 composite the degradation rate of reactive orange was studied and the effects of various experimental factors on the photocatalytic performance were investigated. Compared with that of TiO2 sample, magnetic TiO2 composite expressed the higher photocatalytic activity.
