中文摘要:以香榧假种皮为原料,利用纤维素酶法提取香榧假种皮中多酚类物质,在单因素试验基础上,通过DesignExpert统计分析软件中Box-Behnken试验设计方法,设计三因素三水平响应面试验,建立超声波辅助纤维素酶法提取香榧假种皮中多酚的二次多项数学模型,以多酚得率为响应值作响应面和等高线,最优浸提条件为:提取溶剂采用50%乙醇、纤维素酶0.4 mL (42.7 U/mL),提取温度59.45℃、pH 6.45、料液比1︰17.31 g/mL。在此条件下提取物多酚得率为22.45 mg/g。

外文摘要:Response surface methodology was employed to optimize the cellulase-assisted extraction of polyphenols from the episperm of Torreya grandis. On the basis of single factor experiment, a regression model was established based on a three-variable, three-level quadratic universal rotation combination design by Box-Behnken test design method of designexpert statistical analysis software, and ultrasonic-assisted cellulase method was established to extract polyphenols from the episperm of Torreya grandis. Response surface and contour plots were drawn for the extraction efficiency of polyphenols as a function of three operating parameters. The optimum extraction condition was found to be 50% ethanol as extraction solvent, 0.4 mL cellulase(42.7 U/mL), extraction temperature 59.45 ℃, pH 6.45, and solid-liquid ratio 1︰17.31 g/mL. Under this condition, the yield of polyphenols was 22.45 mg/g.
