中文摘要:将掺未改性石英岩粉与改性石英岩粉的水泥浆体浸泡在40℃,5%Na2SO4溶液中养护,测试改性石英岩粉对水泥浆体的膨胀率和表面裂纹变化的影响,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对在Na2SO4溶液中浸泡7周的水泥浆体的侵蚀产物物相和微观结构进行分析。结果表明:石英岩粉的掺入会明显加快水泥浆体的硫酸盐侵蚀膨胀和表面裂纹的形成,其主要原因是石英岩粉与水泥浆体疏松多孔的微界面结构为外部SO4^2-的扩散提供了更多的通道,从而加快了水泥浆体的硫酸盐侵蚀。而改性石英岩粉与水泥浆体的微界面结构较为致密,阻止了外部 SO4^2-的侵入,从而抑制了水泥浆体的膨胀和裂纹的形成。
外文摘要:The cement pastes, prepared with equal contents of unmodified or modified quartzite powders, were immersed in 40 ℃, 5% Na2SO4 solutions. The effects of the modified quartzite powders on the expansion and surface cracks of cement pastes were investigated. The phase composition of the products and the microstructures of the cement pastes immersed in the Na2SO4 solutions at 7 weeks were analyzed using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that the expansion and surface cracks of cement pastes increased when quartzite powders were added into cement. The micro-interface zone between quartzite powders and cement paste was a weak part to sulfate attack, it provided many pathways for migration of sulfate. However, the micro-interface zone between modified quartzite powders and cement paste was dense, it could reduce the permeability and prevent the sulfate ingress, and therefore the expansion and cracks of cement pastes reduced.
