中文摘要：　现代管理从重视对事的管理到重视对人的管理,从侧重于微观管理到重视环境研究的战略管理,经历了从理性管理到非理性管理,又回归理性管理并走向融合的过程。管理主题的演进过程,集中体现了科技革命的成果,也揭示了企业管理模式演变创新的内在本质。知识经济赋予了现代企业管理明显的时代特征,组织管理弹性化、人才开发人本化、生产经营国际化、文化建设核心化成为企业管理模式发展创新的趋势。

外文摘要：The modern management tends to its merging after a process from rational management to irrational management, and of returning to rational management, and attaches great importance to the management of individuals and then to the strategy of the environment research. In the past, it put an emphasis on the management of affairs and on the microcosm. This advancement is, in fact, an evolution of management theme. It embodies the achievement of scientific and technological innovation and progress. Hence, it reveals the intrinsic essence. Knowledge economy gives modern business management a distinct characteristic of the day. The internationalization of production management, the flexibility of organizational management, the humanization of talent development and the cultural construction as a core will be the trend of innovation to the development of the mode of business management.
