中文摘要：探讨了AFLP(Amplified fragment length polymorphism)标记技术在中国金鱼基因组DNA提取、模板浓度、酶切时间的一些优化改进,建立了一套稳定的实验体系,在49对引物组合中筛选出6对多态标记丰富、稳定性好的引物组合,并用这些引物对中国金鱼遗传多样性进行了研究。

外文摘要：The analysis of genetic diversity in two varieties of goldfish(Carassius auratus var.)was carried out with the amplified fragment length polymorphism(AFLP) marker technique.Genomic DNA was amplified selectively with 49 pairs of primers.There were 12~41 and 10~24 AFLP makers for each pair of primers in Red-White Ranchu and Red and White Lionhead,respectively.The average numbers of each pair of primers are 27.26 and 27.20 for Ranchu and Lionhead,respectively.The polymorphism markers were 4～17,with polymorphis...
