中文摘要：宋濂和刘基生逢元末明初,目睹了元朝逐渐没落,那种痛心的复杂感受是旁人所无法体会和理解的。他们志向高远,深切忧虑,把满腔的政治抱负和理想寄托于诗文,尤其是在寓言作品中,客观、深刻、辩证地展现元末明初社会的真实。他们在寓言创作上不分伯仲,独到的文风和犀利的眼光,将社会透彻、完整地呈现。两人的生活环境、寓言创作思想和艺术特色各有千秋,寓言作品集中体现了他们睿智的思想、犀利的语言和大无畏的批判精神。由于性格的不同,宋濂和刘基在寓言的创作上也表现出不同的风格,宋濂的寓言是古雅深邃中的警言,刘基的寓言则是寓意深刻的现实评述,愤世嫉俗,讥评时弊,是祖国历史文化长河中的瑰宝。

外文摘要：Song Lian and Liu Ji, who underwent the late Yuan dynasty and early Ming dynasty, witnessed the gradual decline and ul- timate fate of the Yuan dynasty. Their painful feelings were such that others cannot sense and understand. Ambitious and apprehen- sive, they devoted their wholehearted political aspirations and ideals to the creation of poetry, especially to the allegorical works which objectively, profoundly and dialectically show the social reality of the late Yuan dynasty and early Ming dynasty. They are e- quals in the fable creation, revealing the society thoroughly and completely with a unique style and sharp vision. Though they differ in the living environment, creative thinking and artistic features, their allegorical works epitomize their wise thinking, biting words and dauntless criticism. Their different characters lead to their distinction in the styles on the fable creation ： Song Lian＇ s fables are rich in elegantly-written yet profound warning sentences while Liu Ji＇ s are cynical criticism of the reality with profound connota- tions, hence the cultural treasures in the long river of Chinese history and culture.
