中文摘要:基于对313个浙江乡村教师的问卷调查,检验文化取向对乡村教师绩效薪酬偏好的影响机制.实证研究表明,乡村教师的绩效薪酬偏好从高到低依次为奖励性绩效薪酬、基础性绩效薪酬、知识与技能薪酬、团队绩效薪酬;文化取向显著影响乡村教师绩效薪酬观念偏好、项目需求偏好.

外文摘要:Based on a questionnaire survey of 313 rural teachers from Zhejiang province,the present paper examines the influence mechanism of cultural orientation on the preferences of pay for performance of rural teachers.The composition of teacher’s preferences of performance is in a descending order of the incentive pay for performance,basic pay for performance,knowledge and skill-based development pay and team pay for performance.The results of regression analysis show that the cultural orientation has a significant impact on the concept preference and project demand preference of rural teachers’pay for performance.
