中文摘要：与自闭症谱系障碍人士相关的研究中,对其社会性障碍的关注远多于对其非社会性障碍的关注。但要全面理解自闭症谱系障碍人士及其特点,必然要求我们同时重视这两方面。非社会性障碍可能与人的内感受有着密切的联系。自闭症谱系障碍人士内感受的精确性、敏感性和内感受觉知存在特异化,对他们内感受深入研究一方面可以帮助我们利用异常的脑成像模式,更科学、客观地对自闭症谱系障碍进行诊断;另一方面通过对内感受特定成分的干预,或许能提高自闭症谱系障碍人士对内部和外部信号的觉知程度。

外文摘要：Social disorders have received far more attention than non-social disorders in the research on Autism Spectrum Disorders.However,for a thorough understanding of autism,attention should be paid to both.Non-social symptoms may be closely related to interoception.Individuals with ASD display specializations in accuracy,sensitivity and awareness of interoception.Studies on interoception of ASD,on the one hand,may help us diagnose autism more objectively through brain imaging,and on the other hand,may improve ASD’s awareness of interoceptive and exteroceptive signals by intervening specific components of interoception to promote treatment.
