中文摘要：武术运动是运动损伤多发项目之一。本文就当前体育系武术套路教学与训练常见运动损伤的种类 ,例数及相关原因进行跟踪调查分析 ,通过对省内外武术专家的书面调查和访问 ,及对体育武术专业学生进行 4轮跟踪实验 ,提供了一套预防的措施 。

外文摘要：Wushu is a movement which is easy to lead to injury.This article aims to decrease the injury in the current teaching of a series of skills and tricks in Wushu in Dept.P.E.Based on the investigation following the tracks of the kinds,amount and the related reasons leading to injury,investigation and interview of some experts in Wushu in and out of Fujian Province,and experiment following the tracks of students specializing in Wushu in Dept of P.E for four times.A series of preventative measures were advanced which could prevent the injury in the teaching and training.
