中文摘要：传统文化是造就企业家精神特质的主要原因之一。在越文化熏陶下的越商,具有冒险、创新,勤俭、敬业,诚信、合作以及家庭、企业相伴等企业家精神特质。把越商企业家精神与我国明清时期盛极一时的晋商、徽商企业家精神进行比较,发现创新、勤俭、诚信等是促使晋商、徽商兴旺的重要原因;而不注重兴办实业进行资本投资以化解风险、官商结合、企业带有浓厚的家族化色彩等是导致晋商、徽商衰落的精神性原因。

外文摘要：Traditional culture is the fundamental factor to produce entrepreneurship.Edified in Yue culture,Yue merchant presented the quality of entrepreneurship,such as adventure,innovation,thrift,honesty,cooperation and enterprises with their families.Compared with Jin merchant and Hui merchant that flourished in Ming and Qing dynasties,we discovered that innovation,thrift and honesty were the reasons why Jin merchant and Hui merchant prospered,and did not pay attention to developing industry for capital investment,government combination merchant,enterprises with their families were the reasons why Jin merchant and Hui merchant declined.
