外文摘要：This paper introduces the current state and future trend in the development of video monitor system（VMS）. Then, it puts forward a kind of digital VMS on Web, which based on embedded video server technology,and introduces the chief functional module and the key technology of this system ,and also puts forward a kind of bank ATM Network VMS structure, basing on this system. Finally ,This article suggests some advantages by applying Network IP VMS.
