中文摘要:于不同时间,对绍兴市灵芝镇育珠蚌养殖基地三角帆蚌直肠肠道乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、产气荚膜梭菌、厌氧活菌总数和好氧活菌总数进行了定性定量分析,并对病蚌和健康蚌、新鲜蚌和清水放养7天蚌、绍兴市灵芝镇蚌和苏州吴江蚌的直肠肠道菌群进行了对比研究,以期为三角帆蚌的生态养殖和疾病控制提供理论依据.结果发现:金黄色葡萄球菌、产气荚膜梭菌为过路菌群,大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌为常住菌群;三角帆蚌的直肠肠道菌群可在肠壁和肠内容物之间随时交流互换,没有菌群和肠壁共生;常住菌群大肠杆菌、乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌以及好氧活菌总数、厌氧活菌总数等指标,都随着温度的升高而升高;厌氧活菌总数以及其中的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌和好氧活菌总数呈正相关,厌氧菌与好氧菌之间呈现互生关系;直肠肠道菌群主要靠吸收食物中的养分而生存;肠道菌群增多不利于三角帆蚌的生长发育.
外文摘要:Seven items of intestinal microflora of Hyriopsis cumingii in Lingzhi Town in Shaoxing City were investigated qualitatively and quantitatively at the different time. The Seven items were Escherichia coli, Lactobacillus, bifidobacteriub, Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium perfringens, the total number of anaerobe, and the total number of aerobe. At the same time, contrast were carried out between the intestinal microflora of fresh Hyriopsis cumingii and that of Hyriopsis cumingii kept in pure water for 7 days, between the intestinal microflora of healthy Hyriopsis cumingii and that of sick Hyriopsis cumingii, between the intestinal microflora of Hyriopsis cumingii from Lingzhi Town in Shaoxing City and that of Hyriopsis cumingii from Wujiang Town in Suzhou. The result showed that: Escherichia coli, Lactobacillus and bi fidobacteriub always exist, while Staphylococcus aureus and Clostridium perfringens exist occasionally. The intestinal microflora in the Hyriopsis cumingii could circulate between the intestinal wail and the intestinal cavity. No symbiotic bacteria exists in intestinal wall. The number of Escherichia coli , Lactohacillus, bifidobacteriub, Staphylococcus aureus , Clostridium perfringens , the total number of anaerobe, and the total number of aerobe all increase with increasing temperature. The total number of anaer obe including Lactobacillus, bifidobacteriub has positive relationship with the total number of aerobe. The intestinal microflora in the Hyriopsis cumingii lives on the nutriment of food. The more intestinal microflora exists, the more harmful is to the growth of Hyriopsis cumingii.
