中文摘要:为了制备超疏水感光变色涤纶织物,以甲胺、纳米Ti O2、感光变色粉、有机氟整理剂为原料,通过胺解处理、涂料印花技术和拒水整理来赋予织物超疏水性能和感光变色性能。分析研究了改性处理后织物的表面形貌、拒水性能和感光变色性能。研究结果表明:胺解和纳米Ti O2粒子可使涤纶织物表面获得一定的粗糙度,制备的超疏水感光变色织物的水接触角为151°,织物展现出良好的感光变色性能,在紫外光照射下,织物颜色可由白色变成紫色,并且这种感光变色是可逆的。

外文摘要:Methylamine,Ti O2 nanoparticles,photochromic material and fluorochemical were applied to obtain super-hydrophobic and photochromic polyester fabric. Super-hydrophobic property and photochromic property of polyester fabric were imparted by aminolysis treatment,pigment printing and water-repellent finishing. The results showed that surface roughness was manipulated via aminolysis and comparing with Ti O2 nanoparticles. The water contact angle of the super-hydrophobic photochromic polyester fabric was 151°. The finished fabric exhibited good photochromic property. The color of the finished fabric changed from white to purple after irradiation and this change was reversible.
