中文摘要:为提高聚苯胺(PANI)导电层的耐久性,文章在蚕丝(SF)/PANI复合导电纱线制备的反应液体系中添加不同质量分数的共混聚合物聚乙烯醇(PVA),探讨了PVA质量分数对导电纱的导电性、力学性能及耐久性的影响。研究结果表明:经导电处理后,蚕丝纱线表面及纤维间包覆并填充导电态的PANI/PVA导电层,PVA的添加有助于蚕丝表面导电层结构规整性的提高,并对导电能力产生一定影响;适量PVA的添加有助于SF/PANI导电纱力学性能的提高,断裂强度相较不添加PVA的最高可提高20%左右;同时PVA的添加提高了复合导电纱线的耐水洗性能和耐摩擦性能,而且PVA质量分数越高,其耐久性越好。

外文摘要:In order to improve the durability of polyaniline(PANI)conductive layer,different contents of blended polymer polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)were added to the reaction liquid system to prepare silk fibroin(SF)/PANI composite conductive yarn,and the effects of PVA content on the conductivity,mechanical properties and durability of conductive yarn were discussed.The results indicated that after conductive treatment,the surface and fibers of silk yarn were coated and filled with PANI/PVA conductive layer in a conductive state.The addition of PVA contributed to the improvement of the structural regularity of the conductive layer on the surface of silk yarn,and had a certain effect on the conductivity.The addition of an appropriate amount of PVA can improve the mechanical properties of SF/PANI conductive yarn,and the breaking strength of SF/PANI conductive yarn with PVA can be up to 20%higher than that without PVA.At the same time,the addition of PVA improved the washing resistance and friction resistance of the composite conductive yarn,and the higher PVA content,the better durability.
