中文摘要：英才鉴别尚未定论鉴别天赋的最佳时间点,但英才儿童应该尽早被识别鉴定是当前英才鉴定中不容置疑的。近二十年来,澳大利亚在弗朗西斯·加涅的英才定义框架的指导下逐步建立了英才儿童的鉴定识别体系,具体包括:家长提名和教师提名等主观鉴定,适用于童年早期的天赋才能显现者的智力测试、能力倾向测试、教师可操作的智力测试、学业水平考试、超水平测试,以及针对少数族裔和弱势群体的非语言测试、动态测试等。上述鉴别工具体现出可靠有效、多元灵活、操作有序的特征。综观澳大利亚童年早期英才儿童鉴定工具,可以得出以下四点鉴定原则:鉴定不是"贴标签"而是"诊断";鉴定不仅面向"多数"还面向"少数";天赋才能的定义决定鉴定工具选用;科学鉴定有赖于多种鉴定工具综合使用。

外文摘要：It has not been determined what is the best time to identify gifted and talents, but gifted and talented children should be identified as early as possible. In the past twenty years, under the guidance of Francis Gagne＇s framework for the definition of gifted and talent, Australia has gradually established the gifted and talented children identification system in early childhood, including the intelligence test, aptitude test, teacher＇s operable intelligence test, standardized achievement tests, off-level testing and non language testing and dynamic testing for minorities and vulnerable groups. The above identification tools are reliable, effective, flexible and orderly. The following four identification principles can be obtained： identification is not ＂labeling＂ but ＂diagnosis＂; identification is not only oriented to ＂majority＂ but also ＂minority＂; the definition of gifted and talent determines the selection of identification tools; scientific identification depends on the comprehensive use of a variety of identification tools.
