中文摘要:采用碱减量工艺对超细纤维合成革基布进行开纤处理,研究不同失重率下合成革基布强力、刚度、透气性和透湿性的变化。研究结果表明:随着失重率的增加,合成革基布的透气性和透湿性都有所增加;失重率越大,其弯曲刚度值就越小,开始时刚度值下降缓慢,开纤到一定程度后下降明显;随着失重率的增加,纵向和横向断裂强力都减小,撕裂强力也减小,下降速度先快后慢。
外文摘要:The superfine fiber synthetic leather was detached with alkali. And the varieties of stiffness, water vapor permeabil- ity, gas permeability and tensile properties of the synthetic leather under different weight - loss ratios were investigated. The results show that the gas and water vapor permeability increase with the increase of loss weight ratio ; the bending rigidity decreases slowly at first, after a certain degree it drops sharply; the latitudinal breaking strength and warp breaking strength decrease with the rising of the loss weight ratio. The tear force reduces obviously first, and latter slightly.
