中文摘要:通过专兼职教师综合运用多种方法与手段授课、指导护生开展临床伦理实践活动,提高了护生参与伦理实践教学的主动性。认为解决好临床伦理实践的带教师资、落实临床带教经费和注重做好学生参与实践的动员教育等问题,有利于开展临床伦理实践的护理伦理学课程教学;其不仅保证了课程教学质量,而且提升了护生的职业道德素养。

外文摘要:By using various teaching methods and means in full time teachers and part - time teachers, and guiding the nursing students to carry out clinical ethics practice activities, can improve the positive enthusiasm of nursing students to involve in the teaching of ethical practice. Therefore, the measures, such as solving the ethical practice of clinical teaching faculty, implementing clinical teaching funding and focus on mobilization of students involved in the practice of education, are conducive to the practice of clinical nurse ethics teaching, not only ensure the quality of teaching but also enhance the professional ethics of nursing students.
