中文摘要：成人高校教学档案是搞好高校成人教育的重要基础工作 ,是反映成教教学管理和教学活动的真实记录。随着成人高校的快速发展 ,对教学档案工作提出了新的要求。为此 ,该文着重谈了新时期成人高校教学档案工作的重要意义、特点、归档范围以及加强成人高校教学档案建设的措施。

外文摘要：The management of teaching files of colleges for adults is an important basic work to improve the education for adults because the files contain record about teaching activities and management. With the rapid development of colleges for adults, there are new requirements for the management of teaching files. This paper expounds the signification, characteristics, the scope of keeping teaching files and offers measures to improve the management of teaching files.
