中文摘要：C.I.分散蓝56(分散蓝2BLN)是重要的分散染料低温三原色之一,具有色光鲜艳、匀染性好、耐日晒色牢度好等优点,但同时也存在耐水洗和耐升华色牢度差、提升力低、价格高以及生产方式不环保等问题。为开发分散蓝56的代用染料,通过色光模拟,采用分散蓝366、蓝(183∶1)、蓝(165∶1)、绿9、黄114等染料以不同方式组合拼混,获得了9组可实现分散蓝56色光的拼混染料,分别是分散蓝366+绿9、蓝183∶1+绿9、蓝284+蓝(165∶1)、蓝148+蓝(165∶1)、蓝(183∶1)+蓝(165∶1)+绿9、蓝(183∶1)、蓝(165∶1)+黄114、蓝257+蓝(165∶1)+黄114、蓝284+蓝149+蓝366+绿9以及蓝284+蓝149+蓝366+蓝291,且9组配方的条件等色指数M值均较小,不存在同色异谱现象。

外文摘要：C.I.Disperse Blue 56(Disperse Blue 2BLN)is one of the three-primary colours of low-temperature disperse dyes.It has the advantages of bright shade,good levelness and good color fastness to sunlight.How?ever,it also has some problems,such as poor color fastness to washing and sublimation,low building-up prop?erty,high price and not eco-friendly of production mode.In order to develop the substitute dyes of Disperse Blue 56,nine groups of blended dyes are obtained by using Disperse Blue 366,Blue(183∶1),Blue(165∶1),Green 9,Yellow 114 and other dyes in different ways.They are Disperse Blue 366+Green 9,Blue 183∶1+Green 9,Blue 284+Blue(165∶1),Blue 148+Blue(165∶1),Blue(183∶1)+Blue(165∶1)+Green 9,Blue(183∶1),Blue(165∶1)+Yellow 114,Blue 257+Blue(165∶1)+Yellow 114,Blue 284+Blue 149+Blue 366+Green 9,and Blue 284+Blue 149+Blue 366+Blue 291.The conditional isochromatic index M values of the nine formula?tions are small,and there is no homochromatism.
