中文摘要:目的采用结构方程模型探讨自尊、感情承诺在工作家庭增益与护士生活满意度、工作满意度间的中介作用。方法采用工作家庭增益量表、自尊量表、感情承诺量表、生活满意度问卷和工作满意度问卷对1389名在职护士进行调查。结果工作对家庭增益、家庭对工作增益与自尊、感情承诺、生活满意度、工作满意度呈正相关(P<0.001);自尊、感情承诺与生活满意度、工作满意度呈正相关(P<0.001)。工作对家庭增益和家庭对工作增益分别对生活满意度、工作满意度具有直接正向预测作用,路径系数分别为0.16和0.39。自尊、感情承诺在工作家庭增益与生活满意度、工作满意度间具有部分中介作用。结论护理管理部门在工作中多给予护士组织支持,提升工作家庭增益水平,切实提高护士生活满意度和工作满意度。

外文摘要:Objective Using strnctural equation modeling to examine the mediating role of self esteem,'a-ffective commitment between work-family enrichment and life satisfaction,job satisfaction among the nursing staff. Methods Totally 1389 nurses were investigated using the Wok-Family Enrichment Scale,the Self Esteem Scale,the Affective Commitment Scale,the Life Satisfaction Questionnaire and the Job Satisfaction Questionnaire. Results The work to family enrichment and family to work enrichment were positively related to self esteem,affective commitment,life satisfaction and job satisfaction(P〈0.001); the self esteem,affective commitment were positively related to life satis- faction and job satisfaction(P〈0.001). The work to family enrichment and family to work enrichment played positive roles on life satisfaction and job satisfaction in turn,and the path coefficients were 0.16 and 0.39 respectively. The self esteem,affective commitment partially mediated the relationship between work-family enrichment and life satisfaction,job satisfaction. Conclusion The nursing department should give nurses more organization supports to improve their level of work-family enrichment,which could promote life satisfaction and job satisfaction.
