中文摘要:如何培养适应当前医疗卫生服务需求的医学生,是医学院校在教育教学改革中亟待解决的问题。绍兴文理学院医学院临床医学专业在实践中逐步探索了学校、医院及社区卫生服务中心等共建学科和专业的培养模式。该模式优化课程体系,增加了培养学生临床思维和技能、提高医患沟通能力和增强实践操作能力等相关课程;创新实践教学体系,保证学生在校期间实习实践不断线,强化学生临床技能的培养;开展案例教学和以"学生为中心"、以问题为导向的教学方式和方法的改革;提出了强化临床师资队伍建设、构建教育管理组织、完善教学质量保障与评价体系等措施。

外文摘要:The cultivation of medical students to meet the needs of the current medical and health services isa problem yet to be solved in the teaching reform of medical colleges and universities. A training mode ofclinical medical profession has been explored in Medical School of Shaoxing University, integrating the con-struction of disciples and specialty with the joint effort of the university, hospital and health care centers.The mode is designated to first optimize the curriculum system and increase the courses concerning the train-ing of students’ clinical thinking and skills, the improvement of capability to negotiate with patients, and thedevelopment of students’ practical capacity. Secondly, the practice teaching system will be innovated to as-sure the students of consistent chances of practice during their stay in college, thus strengthening the cultiva-tion of clinical skills. Thirdly, the case teaching and reform of student-centered and problem-oriented teach-ing methods and approaches will be conducted. Finally, some measures are proposed to strengthen the con-struction of clinical faculty, conduct the clinical education management organization, and improve the teach-ing quality guarantee and evaluation system.
