中文摘要：目的 探讨中文版儿童青少年生存质量自评量表Peds QL 4.0在流动儿童中的适用性,为量表的推广使用提供理论依据。方法 抽样调查2014年10-11月绍兴市2所农民工子弟学校的856名流动儿童,采用中文版Peds QL 4.0自评量表测量流动儿童的健康状况。结果 除学校表现维度外,Peds QL 4.0量表其他3个维度和总量表的Cronbach＇s a系数均高于0.700,4个维度的α系数均大于其他维度的相关系数,提取的6个公因子共解释了57.78%总方差。验证性因子分析结果表明,模型比较拟合指数（CFI）、非规范拟合指数（TLI）均大于0.900,标准化残差均方根（SRMR）、近似误差均方根（RMSEA）均小于0.080。不同性别流动儿童生存质量比较结果显示,男生生理功能优于女生,女生学校表现优于男生;而情感、社交和总量表得分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。自评学业成绩好或一般的流动儿童学校表现得分高于自评差者。结论 中文版Peds QL4.0量表具有较好的信度和效度,可用于流动儿童生存质量的测定。

外文摘要：Objective：To explore the applicability of Chinese version of the Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory（Peds QL 4.0） among migrant children,provide theoretical basis for promotion and application of Peds QL 4.0.Methods：A total of 856 migrant children from two schools for peasant workers＇ children in Shaoxing were surveyed from October to November in 2014; Chinese version Peds QL 4.0was used to investigate the health condition of the migrant children.Results：Except school functioning domain,Cronbach＇s α coefficients of the other three domains and the total scale were more than 0.700; Cronbach＇s α coefficients of the four domains were higher than the correlation coefficients of other domains,six public factors accounted for 57.78% of the total variance.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that comparative fit index（CFI） and non-normed fit index（TLI） were higher than 0.900,standardized root mean square residual（SRMR） and root-mean-square-error-of-approximation（RMSEA） were lower than 0.080.Physiological function of migrant boys was better than that of migrant girls,school functioning of migrant girls was better than that of migrant boys; there was no statistically significant difference in emotional score,social score,and the total score of the scale between migrant boys and migrant girls（P〈0.05）.The scores of school functioning among the migrant children with good and moderate self-assessment academic performance were higher among the migrant children with bad self-assessment academic performance.Conclusion：Chinese version Peds QL 4.0 has high reliability and validity,which can be used to measure the quality of life of migrant children.
