中文摘要：推动贸易畅通,促进区域经济繁荣是当下中国对外贸易急需解决的重要问题.借鉴国内外学者相关研究成果,从物流设施、海关管理、政策制度、金融与电商等四个维度,构建贸易便利化评价指标体系,测算东盟各国贸易便利化水平.基于2011—2020年中国对东盟国家的核心文化产品贸易数据,运用引力模型,实证分析东盟国家贸易便利化水平对中国核心文化产品出口贸易的影响.结果表明:①东盟国家贸易便利化水平表现出明显的区域差异;②东盟国家贸易便利化总体水平对中国文化产品出口具有正向影响;③东盟国家贸易便利化四个一级指标对中国核心文化产品出口的影响程度各不相同.据此,提出改善双边国家贸易便利化水平,促进中国核心文化产品出口持续增长的对策建议.

外文摘要：At present,with the deepening of the economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN countries,the scale,quality and level of bilateral economic integration are at the best stage in history.The paper measures the level of ASEAN countries’trade facilitation by constructing the evaluation index system of trade facilitation.By using the trade gravity model and based on the trade data of core cultural products between China and ASEAN countries provided by UN Comtrade,the paper empirically analyzed the impact of ASEAN countries’trade facilitation level on China’s export trade of core cultural products.The results show that the trade facilitation level of ASEAN countries is in a state of regional imbalance,buton the whole,the trade facilitation of ASEAN countries can promote the export trade of Chinese cultural products.On this basis,the paper puts forward some countermeasures against and suggestions on expanding the export trade of China’s core cultural products.
