中文摘要:对四乙基氢氧化铵/碳酸氢钠可分解液体碱存在下,KE型活性染料的高温染色工艺进行优化。在可分解液体碱到达分解温度之前,延长保温染色时间(即105℃×30 min)能增进竭染,并能提升织物的最终染色得色量。试验结果表明,优化工艺后大部分KE型活性染料高温染色的得色量可接近常规染色工艺,少数染料甚至比常规工艺的得色量还要高。此外,由于高温使染料分子的热运动加剧,移染性增加,染色织物的匀染性和色牢度也比常规工艺要好。

外文摘要:High-temperature dyeing process using KE style reactive dyes is optimized in the presence of decomposable liquid alkali of tetraethyl ammonium hydroxide/sodium bicarbonate. Through increasing dyeing time (30 min) to promote the exhaust dyeing before the dyeing temperature reached decomposi- tion temperature of the decomposable liquid alkali (i.e., 105 ~C), the final color yield of the fabric can be enhanced. The experiment results show that the color yield of KE style reactive dyes in high-tempera- ture dyeing is close to the results in conventional dyeing process for most dyes, even higher for a few after optimizing the dyeing process. In addition, the color fastness and levelness of the dyed fabrics are better than those in conventional dyeing process because of the increase of thermal motion and migration of the dye molecules at high temperature.
