中文摘要：通过对构建健康和谐医患关系内涵和重要性的研讨,结合医疗单位注重和谐医患关系建设的实践,提出构建健康和谐医患关系的若干思考:要坚持公共医疗卫生公益性质和人本理念,注重医疗服务的公平要求,大力建设文明、创新的医院文化,加强医德实践与健全规章制度,强化医疗质量管理与深化人性化医疗服务,执行医药物价收费政策与降低医疗服务费用,形成让患者满意和社会放心的医疗服务环境,定能构建起健康和谐的医患关系。

外文摘要：Some reflections and suggestions are importance of a healthy and harmonious Physician - kind of relationship in the medical institutions： the raised on the basement of the discussion of the concept and patient relationship and also the practice of building such a public medical care should be philanthropic and patient- oriented, should meet the need for fairness, should build up a culture of civilization, equality and innovation, should enhance the practice of medical ethics building and perfecting the correspondent rules and regulations, should strengthen medical management and humane medical service, should charge medicine according to the policy of commodity prices and reduce the cost of medical service and treatment, thus build up a satisfying medical service environment and a healthy and harmonious physician -patient relationship.
