中文摘要："话题链工具"是James Paul Gee归纳总结的27个话语分析工具之一。本文采用该工具对国际议会制辩论赛冠军或最佳辩手的"首相"开场白部分进行了一定的比较分析。结果显示国际知名辩手在开场白中分享一定的规律,均要涵盖5项论辩要素,包括(1)问题描述,即对辩题所针对的问题的描述;(2)己方立场,即己方提出动议的总体原因;(3)解决方案,即解决问题的具体方案;(4)己方论点预览,即对己方主要论点的提前说明;和(5)己方解决方案的不足和防范措施。以上结论说明,在模拟英国议会制辩论教学过程中,我们需要强化中国学生对上述论辩要素的敏感性,鼓励辩手们在"首相"的开场白中尽量涵盖上述5项论辩要素。

外文摘要：With the Topic Flow Tool by James Paul Gee, this paper is intended to figure out the stock issues in the opening remarks of the Prime Minister＇s speech in the format of the World Universities Debate Championships, covered under Academic British Par- liamentary Debate （ABPD） prevailing in China for the past 10 years. Opinions that five stock issues, namely, problem description, stance, model, preview of the key arguments, and disadvantages of the solution plan and pertinent defending issues are covered in all the opening remarks of ABPD were presented in the following studies, with the purpose of intensifying the awareness of these stock issues in ABPD learning and training.
