外文摘要:Due to factors such as long hours of work and improper lifestyle, cervical spondylosis has plagued contemporary people. Nerve root cervical spondylosis, if not treated properly, will seriously affect the physical and mental health of patients. Based on this, this article proposes a study of the clinical efficacy of yoga for cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. In this paper, 80 patients who meet the criteria of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and the experimental group. Patients in the control group received conventional treatments. Patients in the experimental group received yoga treatments. Each action was repeated 2 to 3 times, 15 to 20 m i n twice daily. Before treatment, after treatment, and after 12 months of follow-up, VAS pain score, NPQ scale, and cervical joint mobility (CROM) score were compared for the two groups of patients. The results showed that there was no significant difference in VAS pain scores, NPQ scales, and CROM scores between the two groups before treatment. After the treatment, the improvement of cervical spondylosis in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group (P <0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the indicators in the two groups were compared with those before and after training. There was no significant difference in the experimental group (P> 0.05). The VAS and NPQ scores of the control group increased significantly (P <0.05). There was no significant change in activity (P> 0.05). After a period of treatment, yoga practice is more effective in maintaining efficacy and inhibiting recurrence.
