外文摘要：General biology experiment is a basic biological experimental course in environmental science major. To be according with the requirement of cultivation inter- disciplinary talents in environmental science,which are suitable for local economic development,the teaching content reform,in general biology experiment is performed with the characteristics of water environment,and the teaching mode reform is performed with learner autonomy and research training in last years.
